Hello, I am Meaghan Woodward! Head womens coach at Team Branded. As a competitive bodybuilder in the NPC, I know firsthand what it takes to build a stage-ready physique while still living a full life. I've spent the last seven-plus years coaching, and that experience has shaped how I train and guide every athlete who works with me.
